If you want a randomized name, you can pick whether you'd like all the names to come from one gender's table, or if you'd like each table chosen at random. As all names are generated randomly, choosing a multi-gendered name does not guarantee that the names will come from multiple genders' tables, but you do have a better chance of that (50/50 for each portion of the name).
